ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last Updated: September 22, 2026
Noelle Reyes, Esq. PLLC (the “Company”), doing business as “Noelle Bakes Real Good” (“we,” “our,” “us”), is committed to making this website and the services and content offered through it accessible to the public, including individuals with disabilities. We work continually to improve the experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
This Accessibility Statement applies to the Noelle Bakes Real Good website at www.noellebakesrealgood.com (the “Website”). The Website does not offer legal services, and nothing on it creates an attorney-client relationship.
Measures to Support Accessibility
The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium publishes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which are widely recognized as the international industry standard. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Accessibility and conformance may depend on the proper implementation of HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, SVG, JavaScript, and related technologies.
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target and take measures such as:
- considering accessibility when designing, developing, and updating our Website, services, content, and features;
- using accessibility testing and quality-assurance methods, both periodically and when we make changes;
- monitoring accessibility standards, regulatory guidance, and practices relevant to our work;
- considering accessibility when selecting third-party tools and service providers;
- working to remediate accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback;
- offering reasonable accessible formats or alternatives where appropriate and on request; and
- providing effective communication in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable federal, state, and local accessibility and civil rights laws.
Conformance Status
This Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the Website meets the accessibility standard, but some parts may not yet fully conform.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some known limitations remain. This non-exhaustive list describes several of them in general terms:
- Our payment page closes about 30 minutes after it opens, and ordering for each Drop closes at its Order Deadline. If the payment page closes before you finish, the items in your cart are not saved and will need to be added again. If you need more time or help placing an order, please contact us.
- We check our text and background colors against WCAG 2.2 Level AA contrast requirements, but some styling, such as the on/off switches in our cookie settings, may not adapt as expected under high-contrast, forced-color, or other custom display settings, and these presentation modes are not verified on every platform.
- On phones and when the page is zoomed in, the banner showing the current Drop stays at the top of the screen and your cart stays at the bottom, and they may cover part of the page, including an item you have moved to with the keyboard. If they get in the way of placing an order, please contact us and we can take your order directly.
- Third-party content and integrations are controlled by outside providers and may not fully meet accessibility standards, including the payment page and receipts provided by our payment processor, Stripe, and the social media platforms we link to. If a third-party tool prevents you from reaching us or from completing what you came to do, please contact us to request assistance.
- Adding items to your cart and checking out require JavaScript. Older or unsupported browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies may have limited functionality.
Accessibility and conformance may also depend on compatibility with your particular setup, including your web browser, operating system, user environments, device settings and configurations, plugins, and assistive technologies.
Assessment Approach
We assessed this Website by self-evaluation, combining automated accessibility testing software with manual review. Our approach was informed by the WAI accessibility evaluation report template and related recommendations, published at https://www.w3.org/WAI/test-evaluate/report-template/. Our most recent assessment was completed on September 22, 2026, and a summary of our findings may be available on request.
