WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

1. Introduction

This Website is owned by Noelle Reyes, Esq. PLLC, a New York professional limited liability company licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey (the “Company”). The Company operates distinct divisions: (i) a law practice, and (ii) non-legal consumer brands.

This Website Disclaimer applies to www.noellebakesrealgood.com and to any other digital property, platform, or social media account through which we communicate and produce content about the Company’s non-legal Products or Services, even if that account is also used for unrelated purposes (collectively, “Website”). This Website is operated solely by a non-legal division of the Company, doing business under the registered trade name “Noelle Bakes Real Good” (“NBRG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). NBRG offers physical and digital products, including food products and downloadable resources and materials (collectively, “Products”), and non-legal Services including content, information, communications, newsletters, subscriptions, and all other features, functionality, and offerings of the Website (collectively, “Services”). Legal services and representation are offered exclusively by the separate law practice at www.noellereyes.com.

This Website Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Purchase Terms (collectively, our “Policies”), which are incorporated by reference and govern your use of the Services. Our Purchase Terms govern purchase transactions, including orders, payment, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and Product warranties. Where this Website Disclaimer or a referenced policy addresses a topic more specifically, the more specific provision controls. Any remaining conflict is resolved by the order of precedence in our Terms of Use.

2. Our Products & Services

Noelle Bakes Real Good sells food Products (e.g., staple foods) made in a kitchen that is registered as a New York State home processor and not subject to routine state inspection. Our food Products are offered for sale and delivery within New York State only.

Our food Products are produced and packaged in facilities that also handle common allergens. Ingredient, allergen, nutritional, and handling information is provided on packaging or product listings as required by applicable federal and New York State food labeling laws. You are responsible for reviewing that information. If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our Products. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction, illness, or other adverse health outcome resulting from the purchase, consumption, handling, storage, or use of any Product. Nothing contained on this Website, our communications, or information concerning our Products and Services constitutes medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and we make no claim that any Product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition.

We may also offer digital Products (e.g., downloadable resources) and non-legal Services through newsletters, subscription content, communications, and other features of the Website. This may take the form of information or other materials concerning entrepreneurship, small business operations, product development, recipe content, brand building, industry news, business growth, and related topics. Any content or general discussion of legal concepts is for informational purposes only and is subject to the disclaimers in Section 3 (No Legal Services, Attorney-Client Relationship, Confidentiality, or Privilege) and Section 4 (Informational Content Only).

All Products and Services are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any Product, Service, content, material, or information will remain in stock, available for download, maintained, updated, or offered on an ongoing basis. Our Products and Services may vary in appearance, size, shape, color, style, and other variables. Photos and descriptions of our Products, offerings, and Services are for illustrative purposes only, and what you receive may differ from what is featured on the Website or in our communications.

Our digital Products and related Services may be available to those located outside the United States, but the Website, our Services, our communications, and all Company Content are intended for a United States audience. We make no representation that any Product, Service, or Company Content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any other jurisdiction. If you use our Website, Products, or Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Any questions or concerns regarding customer satisfaction or product experience are handled in accordance with our Purchase Terms.

3. No Legal Services, Attorney-Client Relationship, Confidentiality, or Privilege

We do not offer, sell, market, refer, solicit, or provide any legal or professional services through our Products, Services, communications, or content on this Website. You do not form an attorney-client or professional relationship with us, or with the Company, by using our Website or Services, purchasing or accessing any Products, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a written engagement letter signed and executed through the Company’s separate law practice. No other communication, conduct, or course of dealing creates one.

Do not send or submit confidential or time-sensitive communications, information, or material to us through this Website or any of the Company’s non-legal channels, including communications to bakedgood@noellereyes.com — we may not be able to act on it. Anything you send or submit through the Company’s non-legal channels shall not be treated as privileged or confidential, and contacting us through those channels does not make you a prospective client of the Company’s law practice.

The law practice website is governed by its own separate terms and disclaimers, which this Website Disclaimer does not modify. To the extent any content is deemed attorney advertising under the rules of any jurisdiction, it shall be designated “Attorney Advertising,” and to the extent any such content references legal matters, prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. See also Section 5 (No Guarantees of Results).

4. Informational Content Only

We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice, and nothing provided through our Website, Products, or Services constitutes such advice. All content, material, or information is offered for general purposes only, may not suit your situation, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified or licensed professional in the relevant field or jurisdiction. Before making important business or personal decisions, consult a professional appropriate to your circumstances. We are not responsible for any actions, decisions, losses, or damages resulting from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on our Website, Products, or Services. We may update, modify, or remove any content, material, or information at any time without notice.

5. No Guarantees of Results

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any strategy, tip, recommendation, case study, framework, comment, communication, information, material, or other content, whether available through the Website, Products, or Services, will produce any specific outcome, financial gain, revenue growth, or other desired effect. Our past performance, testimonials, case studies, figures, references, and anecdotal statements neither guarantee nor predict your own results. Actual results may vary widely depending on numerous factors and external circumstances beyond our control, including industry, audience engagement, existing infrastructure, implementation quality, market conditions, competition, investment, effort, and business acumen.

6. Testimonials, Reviews & Endorsements

Any testimonials, reviews, endorsements, comments, case studies, and examples are used for illustrative purposes only. They reflect the particular circumstances of specific individuals or entities, may vary significantly, and are not necessarily representative of typical experiences. Some statements that appear on our Website or in our Products, Services, or communications are by individuals who received a free or discounted Product or Service, or who have a material relationship with us. Relevant disclosures are provided in accordance with regulatory guidance or applicable law, including the FTC’s Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. pt. 465) and its Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. pt. 255). Where required, such disclosures will appear clearly and conspicuously together with the statement.

7. Email, Newsletter & Communications

You may manage your preferences or unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time through the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails, your subscriber profile, or by submitting a request using the information in Section 15 (Contact Us). Unsubscribing does not stop necessary transactional or administrative communications related to our Products and Services. Our emails, newsletters, and other communications may include statements about our Products and Services; required disclosures are made in accordance with Section 6 (Testimonials, Reviews & Endorsements).

8. Third-Party Platforms, Service Providers & Content

The Website may include comments, replies, or other content submitted by third parties. Our inclusion, acknowledgment, reference to, or linking to such content does not necessarily reflect our endorsement, recommendation, or views. We may also use third-party platforms, service providers, and other third parties to host, operate, or support parts of our Website, Products, and Services, such as newsletters, downloads, email delivery, and subscription management.

We do not own, control, or endorse any third party and are not responsible for its conduct, the accuracy, quality, or legality of its offerings, or any disruption, loss of access, or changes resulting from its decisions. Third parties may modify, suspend, or discontinue their offerings at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of our Website and any content we distribute through their platforms. We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on any third party or its offerings.

Third-party offerings may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing before using them, sharing personal information, or making a purchase. In any conflict, a third party’s terms and policies control as to the operation, availability, and functionality of its own platform or service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. For issues with our newsletter, communications, downloads, or your subscription, contact us using the information in Section 15 (Contact Us). Disputes about a third-party platform or service itself, including account access or billing, are between you and that third party.

9. Intellectual Property & Using Company Content

“Company Content” has the meaning given in our Terms of Use. Your license to access and use Company Content and our digital Products is granted under our Purchase Terms, is limited to the uses permitted there, and is subject to termination for violation of our Policies.

While we do not generally object to personal, non-commercial sharing of our publicly posted content with visible credit, crediting us does not by itself authorize any use of Company Content. We enforce our intellectual property rights, and our decision not to act in any instance is not a waiver of any right. For questions and requests for permission to use Company Content, contact us using the information in Section 15 (Contact Us). Any permission is limited to the specific use we approve in writing, and we may condition it on attribution in the form we specify.

Company Content may contain limited citations, excerpts, references, or other forms of third-party materials for purposes such as commentary, criticism, education, scholarship, or other permitted uses. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, images, works, and other content remain the property of their respective owners, and references to third parties or their content do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship unless expressly stated. If you believe your material appears on the Website without your permission, please refer to the notice and takedown procedure set forth in our Terms of Use.

10. Our Use of AI Tools

We may use AI tools in connection with our Website, Products, Services, and Company Content, including for tasks such as drafting, generating images, and supporting internal workflows. We review AI-assisted output, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, relevance, timeliness, or reliability, and you should independently verify any information before relying on it.

11. “As Is” Warranty

THIS WEBSITE, ALL COMPANY CONTENT, AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR ACCURACY. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, COMPANY CONTENT, OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY COMPANY CONTENT OR SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR AVAILABLE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE IT.

NOTHING IN THIS WEBSITE DISCLAIMER LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING FOR FOOD PRODUCTS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, WARRANTIES, RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR REMEDIES GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY OUR PURCHASE TERMS.

12. Limitation of Liability

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, COMPANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON THEM.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY OUR PURCHASE TERMS, OR TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE COMPANY’S NEGLIGENCE OR FOR FRAUD, AND LIABILITY RELATING TO FOOD PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether any content, material, or information is appropriate and applicable to your particular circumstances and intended use. You are responsible for following the law and sound food-safety, sanitation, and allergen practices. You should exercise independent judgment, verify information against current and reliable sources, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. We are not responsible for any decision you make or action you take in reliance on content or information available through the Website, Products, or Services. You assume all risks associated with your reliance on such content or information.

14. Modifications & Severability

We may update this Website Disclaimer from time to time, so we encourage you to review it periodically. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. We may provide additional advance notice of material changes. To the extent permitted by law, your continued access to or use of the Website and Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Website Disclaimer.

If any provision of this Website Disclaimer is found invalid, limited, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and only in that jurisdiction or as to that person or circumstance. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
